Electrostatic air filter device for oil mist and emulsion mist.

The ELBARON® electrostatic device series encompasses in total 18 different devices and can be optimally adapted to your application in terms of size and performance. ELBARON® devices win over due to their long service intervals and their functional reliability.

Modern machine tools are often characterised by high working speeds and tools with internal cooling. Very often processes use pure oil or emulsion with a high percentage of oil. The interaction between high speeds and oil as a coolant often leads to the production of smoke. In this case we recommend the use of an electrostatic filter device.

We developed the ELBARON® range for metal working with pure oil to extract oil mist and oil smoke. The high precision Ionisator /Collector cells especially manufactured by us in combination with the extremely efficient high voltage transformer and many other well thought out ideas, have resulted in one of the most efficient electrostatic filter systems on the market.

Our filter cell is constructed so that through its special construction the best possible filter efficiencies, service intervals and spark minimisation can be achieved.

ELBARON® devices are available as standard with our newly developed digital filter device control system ISI-TRONIC.
