LubiCool®-S high-pressure unit

The KNOLL LubiCool®-S high-pressure unit is designed for mobile use in machining processes of machine tools, particularly for automatic lathes, i.e., short and sliding headstock lathes.

The unit is used for cleaning the coolant-lubricant and supplying the machine with high-pressure coolant.

 

Applications:

 

  • For demanding machining processes
  • For machining high-density materials (e.g., highly alloyed steel, titanium, copper, bronze).
  • For applications where installation space is particularly limited (fits under the bar feeder).
  • For initial commissioning or retrofitting.

LubiCool®-M high-pressure unit

The KNOLL LubiCool®-M high-pressure unit is designed for mobile use in machining processes of machine tools, particularly for automatic lathes with fixed/sliding headstocks.

The unit is used for cleaning the coolant-lubricant and supplying the machine with high pressure.

  • For machining high-density materials (e.g., highly alloyed steel, titanium, copper, bronze).
  • For applications where installation space is particularly limited.

LubiCool®-L high-pressure unit

The KNOLL high-pressure LubiCool®-L is a compact high-pressure unit designed for machine tools, and is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized machining centers and lathes. 

The system cleans the contaminated emulsion and provides high pressure to the machine.

Process description:

 

  • The transfer pump conveys the contaminated emulsion from the machine tool to the filter unit.
  • The filter element removes the smallest chips, fine particles, and foreign materials from the emulsion.
  • The cleaned coolant flows into the clean tank.
  • The high-pressure pump supplies the machine tool with cleaned coolant-lubricant through switchable outlets on the valve block.
  • The integrated touchpad enables monitoring and display of the unit’s key operating data.

DHS pressure booster

Compact Size, Maximum Productivity

The DHS pressure booster unit supplies the machine tool with high-pressure coolant-lubricant. The low- and/or high-pressure pump(s) increase the pressure of the central coolant supply, thereby providing the connected machine tool with the required amount and pressure of coolant-lubricant.
