Scraper belt conveyor K

Suitable for removing short, broken, and small metal chips from machine tools. It is recommended for short steel needle chips (e.g. brass), cast iron chips, in both dry and wet machining processes. A continuous scraper conveyor belt, connected to the conveyor slats via two chain guides, continuously transports chips from the bottom of the tank to the discharge point. The scraper conveyor is driven by a three-phase geared motor equipped with overload protection.

Magnetic band conveyor M

Suitable for conveying short, broken ferromagnetic metal chips from machine tools. Recommended for chips that are clumped together due to coolant-lubricant emulsions, as well as for waste generated in cutting and punching processes. Endless, self-tensioning magnetic belt, connected to the support belts via two chain guides. The permanent magnetic force ensures continuous transport of chips along the conveyor surface to the discharge point.

Return pumping station RIK

The RIK return pump station is a compact chip conveying unit that can be integrated into the machine bed. It is designed for the control-free conveying of medium volumes of chips and coolant-lubricant fluid. The separated chips from the machining process are transported directly from the machine into the filter unit.

This design combines conventional chip conveyor solutions and separate pump stations into a single integrated unit. It is particularly suitable for conveying chips generated from the machining of different materials, such as cast iron or aluminum chips.

However, it is suitable for conveying steel chips only if they are of even length and present in small quantities.

  • Fully automatic, operator-free chip conveying
  • Requires only minimal space outside the machine
  • Low overall height, ideal for automated installations
  • A chip shredder can be retrofitted
  • All drives and maintenance-requiring components are located outside the machine tool

Return pumping station RKR

Return pump stations are conveyor systems that can be installed on individual machines or within conveyor lines. They are designed for operator-free transport of chips and coolant-lubricant fluid from the machining process directly into the filtration system. They are particularly suitable for conveying chips generated during the machining of materials such as steel, cast iron, or aluminium.

Features

Benefits

Fully automatic cooling lubricant and chip conveyance

No manual intervention required
Variable height Adaptation to customer conveyors
Chip reducer can be retrofitted Adaptation to expanded requirements
Maintenance areas outside the machine Easy accessibility

Return pumping station RSR

The RSR pump station is a compact conveying unit designed for installation on machine tools generating small chip volumes, particularly grinding machines. It can also be used as a collection station for small quantities of coolant-lubricant fluid discharged from centrifuges and conveyors.
  • Fully automatic, operator-free transport of coolant-lubricant and chips
  • Simple, robust design
  • A chip shredder cannot be retrofitted
  • The coolant-lubricant inlet can be adapted to the machine (gravity feed or pumped inflow)
  • All drives and maintenance-requiring components are located outside the machine tool

Strap hinge conveyor S

Suitable for conveying short, broken, small metal chips from machine tools.

In addition, it is recommended for long steel chips, compacted or tangled chip forms, and stringy chips, suitable for both dry and wet machining processes.

It consists of two running roller chains, which are connected at the joints along the side walls of the steel plates, thereby continuously conveying the chips from the bottom of the tank to the discharge point.

The three-phase geared motor is equipped with overload protection.

SBS/ZV

With tank, chip shredder, and screw conveyor. Designed for medium- and high-capacity machines, for long chips, and for installation beneath discharge conveyors.

KNOLL chip extraction systems transport metal chips fully automatically from machine tools or collection points to the central extraction system. Free air serves as the conveying medium, enabling the transport of dry or slightly moist chips over distances of up to 500 m. Depending on the application requirements, the extraction stations can be integrated into the machine or installed beneath the chip conveyors.
