Automatic lathe machines with a complete standard equipment package at a competitive price. The simple and ergonomic Swiss GT product family provides easy access to all tool positions. Its operation and maintenance are straightforward, particularly thanks to the automatic lubrication unit and the large-capacity, removable oil tank. Available in three diameters—with maximum bar capacities of 32 mm, 25.4 mm, and 13 mm—the series is specifically designed to enable the efficient production of complex long and short turned parts.
The Swiss GT 26 and Swiss GT 32 can be equipped with up to 40 tools, including 14 driven tools, while the Swiss GT 13 can be equipped with up to 30 tools, including 12 driven tools. The Y-axis on the sub-spindle side significantly increases machining capability and enables the production of certain complex workpieces without additional operations.
The optional B-axis significantly expands the capabilities of the Swiss GT 26 and Swiss GT 32, enabling them to produce virtually any type of component. The Swiss GT 26B and Swiss GT 32B are the only Swiss-type lathes equipped with a B-axis, which has a modular design and can include either a fourth driven milling station or a thread whirling unit.
