The units are mobile and equipped with a built-in 60-litre tank. Depending on the model, the tank can be filled with water, deionized water, acids, coolant lubricant, or cutting oil. Thanks to the tank, the systems are independent of a continuous supply of cleaning media.
For machine cleaning, coolant lubricants or cutting oils are typically used, while for parts cleaning, tap water is generally used, sometimes with the addition of an alkaline cleaning concentrate. In the case of SRE stainless steel units, however, deionized water and acids can also be used.
