1000 SR

The cleaning medium can be recirculated, making the units particularly environmentally friendly, resource-efficient, and cost-effective. Likewise, machine tools can be cleaned without any issues using their own coolant lubricant. In addition, thermal disinfection of the coolant lubricant can be integrated as an optional feature. The units are mobile and equipped with a built-in 60-litre tank. The tank can be filled with water or coolant lubricant; stainless-steel versions can also be operated with deionized water and acids. If required, a cleaning concentrate can be added. Thanks to the integrated tank, the SR units are independent of a continuous supply of cleaning media.

The units are mobile and equipped with a built-in 60-litre tank. Depending on the model, the tank can be filled with water, deionized water, acids, coolant lubricant, or cutting oil. Thanks to the tank, the systems are independent of a continuous supply of cleaning media. For machine cleaning, coolant lubricants or cutting oils are typically used, while for parts cleaning, tap water is generally used, sometimes with the addition of an alkaline cleaning concentrate. In the case of SRE stainless steel units, however, deionized water and acids can also be used.

Less frequent replacement of the coolant lubricant, as well as disinfection in bypass mode, also results in reduced machine downtime. Above all, biocides can be eliminated, which increases workplace safety and helps reduce sick leave. The units are mobile and can therefore be transported from one machine tool to another.
