2. MLS – Digital Learning
MLS - Digital Learning Platform

All EDUCATION4.0 functions can be fully integrated into the MLS learning platform, making training content accessible anytime, anywhere.

Through interactive training materials and exercises, learners can acquire the necessary knowledge without access to the machine, which the system then assesses and reinforces through hands-on exercises.

3. KUNZMANN StateViewer 2.0

The KUNZMANN StateViewer is more than just a machine condition monitoring tool.

The unique user access management system provides an effective tool for organizing practical training and monitoring learners.

Each user has access only to the machine functions appropriate to their level of training.

The software enables individual control or restriction of, among other things:

  • spindle speed;
  • feed rate;
  • operating modes;
  • other machine functions.
4. Networked measuring devices

The integrated wireless measuring devices enable fast and reliable measurement of workpieces directly on the machine.

The measurement data is automatically transferred, evaluated and documented in digital form.

The system makes it easy to create measurement reports based on PDF drawings, while graphical feedback immediately indicates whether each dimension is within the specified tolerances.

The intuitive user interface ensures a fast, secure and transparent measurement process, from data collection through to the creation of the final documentation.
