AerosolMaster 4000 ATS

The AerosolMaster 4000 ATS is a system designed to supply minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) to virtually all manufacturing processes. It can be used on machining centres, transfer lines, turning, milling, drilling, and sawing machines. Thanks to its broad product range and the unique ATS (Aerosol Dry Lubrication) technology, the system is suitable for simpler machining applications with external or internal aerosol supply, as well as for complex processes where at least one of the following criteria applies: mass production, deep-hole drilling, thread forming, high-speed machining, multiple tools, small tools, solid carbide tools, multi-spindle machines, automotive industry, aerospace industry, medical technology, and tool and mould making.

Features

AerosolMaster 4000 Cryolub

KNOLL The AerosolMaster 4000 Cryolub is a system based on cryogenic cooling technology combined with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL), designed for manufacturing processes using geometrically defined cutting edges, such as machining centres, transfer lines, turning, milling, drilling, and sawing machines. Thanks to its unique ATS technology and Cryolub cryogenic cooling process, the system is ideally suited for demanding machining of titanium- and nickel-based alloys (e.g. implants) as well as composite materials (e.g. carbon fibre), particularly in the medical technology, aerospace, and energy industries.
