Yes, please send us the drawing of the component you wish to produce, and we will provide you with the most suitable and cost-effective machine type, including the necessary options and accessories.

We primarily recommend original tool holders to our customers. In addition, we use Madaula driven tool holders and typically equip machines with Schaublin, Meister, and Inopart chucks. For lathes, we use tools from the Swiss company Applitec, and we source knurling and recessing tools from the Spanish company Integi. For milling, we recommend Datron milling and threading tools. Upon request, we can also equip your machine with tools from other manufacturers.

Yes, we provide operator and maintenance training for every new machine, and often this is offered as a complimentary service. If more advanced knowledge is required, such as programming, 3D modeling, or CAM training, our engineering team will be happy to assist you.

In this case, we are happy to prepare the complete technological package for you, write the part program, create the tool and holder list, and set up the machine for component production. We perform test and pilot runs, and then hand over the machine with a short training session to ensure continuous and efficient production.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide setup services for machines that we do not distribute. Gaining in-depth knowledge of a manufacturer’s equipment requires a significant amount of time and effort. To ensure that we serve our customers at the highest quality, we focus our resources on understanding and supporting the machines we supply.
