We primarily refurbish Datron milling machines, Tornos Swiss-type lathes, Knoll chip conveyors, pumps and coolant handling systems, PH-Cleantec parts washers, as well as peripheral units such as Madaula powered tool holders, Knoll, Grundfos and KSB pumps, FMB and Robobar bar feeders, and Elbaron oil mist separators. During a refurbishment, 90–95% of the components are either replaced or overhauled. The machine’s covers receive a new coat of paint, all wear parts are replaced, and completely new pneumatic and hydraulic systems are installed. We replace electrical cables, servo motors, and power components, and refurbish high-value control units and spindle motors.
Of course, we provide a 6-month warranty on all refurbished machines.
