The coolant is extracted from the machine tool’s tank, thermally disinfected, and then returned to the machine tool. This can extend the service life of the coolant and reduce both coolant consumption and disposal costs.
Less frequent replacement of the coolant lubricant, as well as disinfection in bypass mode, also results in reduced machine downtime. Above all, biocides can be eliminated, which improves workplace safety and helps reduce sick leave.
The units are mobile and can therefore be transported from one machine tool to another.
