Single systems from KNOLL

KNOLL single systems are used in connection with machine tools or central filtration systems. They are designed for the separation, transport, and preparation of chips and coolant lubricants, whether in wet or dry machining processes. Whether it is a chip conveyor, filter, extraction unit, or pump station, all KNOLL systems are engineered to meet customer requirements.

High pressure units

The KNOLL high-pressure units are designed as standalone units for connection to machine tools such as machining centers and lathes. The high-pressure pumps ensure the supply of cooling lubricants to the machines for any application. 

Filter Systems

KNOLL filter systems remove even the finest particles from the coolant lubricant and return the cleaned fluid to the machine tools. The filtration systems can be connected to standalone machines, machine groups or complete production areas, enabling both local and centralised operation.

Chip conveyors

KNOLL chip conveyors are available in various designs, either integrated into the machine or connected to a central system. During machining processes such as drilling, milling, turning, or even grinding, the proper removal of chips or sludge is essential. This helps avoid unplanned machine downtime and increases machining efficiency.

MQL-Systems

The MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) system AerosolMaster is suitable for almost all machining processes on machining centers, as well as turning, milling, drilling, and sawing machines. Thanks to the wide product range and the unique ATS (aerosol dry lubrication) technology, the systems are suitable for both simple and complex manufacturing processes.

Chip reducers

KNOLL chip reducers cut metal and plastic chips to bulk material quality. The reducers can be installed on machining centers or at a central collection point. It is available in both vertical and horizontal designs, and combined use is also possible.
