The KUNZMANN BA 1500 H is the largest model in the BA series, offering an efficient solution for the production of large workpieces in individual, small, and medium-sized batches.

The machine’s large working area, rigid construction, and high-performance machining capabilities enable the precise and economical production of complex, cube-shaped components. Advanced CNC technology, a stable machine design, and an ergonomic layout make it a reliable choice for modern manufacturing environments.

The special KUNZMANN features:
  • Universal vertical CNC machining center for the production of individual parts and small to medium-sized batches
  • Large working area with 750 mm Y-axis and up to 900 mm Z-axis travel
  • FEM-optimized cast-iron cross-slide design with C-column for maximum rigidity and stability
  • Linear guides on the X/Y/Z axes for fast and dynamic axis movements
  • Large ball screws on all axes (X: 45 mm, Y/Z: 40 mm) for high precision and long-term stability
  • Pneumatically supported Z-axis counterbalance for dynamic movements and excellent surface quality
