The SRK-Family

The SRK family consists of handy and compact units that can be easily transported in a van and are therefore ideally suited for service providers. The units are suitable for machine cleaning and parts cleaning.

The units do not have a tank and must therefore be connected directly to an external water connection (model EA) or the cleaning medium – e.g. cooling lubricant for machine cleaning – must be sucked in separately (model AS). The EA-AS model can do both . You can find technical data for downloading here.

The SRE-Family

The SRE family is perfect for machine cleaning and – in combination with a separate collector – for cleaning large parts. The units are mobile and have an integrated 60-litre tank. Depending on the model, the tank can be filled with water, deionised water, acids, cooling lubricant or cutting oil.

For machine cleaning, cooling lubricant or cutting oil is usually used. For parts cleaning water, possibly with some cleaning concentrate, is utilised. Stainless steel machines can also be operated with deionised water and acids. The units of the SRE family are therefore independent of a permanent supply of cleaning medium.

The SR-Family

Devices of the SR family can be used universally: For parts cleaning, they have an on-top collector with sedimentation system and filtration. The cleaning medium can be recirculated, so that the units are particularly environment- and resource-friendly as well as cost-efficient. Similarly, cleaning tooling machines with their own cooling lubricant is possible without any problems. In addition, thermal disinfection for your cooling lubricant can be installed as an option.

If necessary, a cleaning concentrate can be added. The SR devices are therefore independent of a permanent supply of cleaning medium.

The ThermoDes-Family

Devices of the ThermoDes family are used for the thermal disinfection of cooling lubricants in particular. The coolant from the tank of the machine tool is sucked in, thermally disinfected and returned to the tooling machine. This can extend the service life of the coolant and reduce the costs for the coolant and its removal. The less frequent replacement of coolant lubricant also means that the tooling machine tools has less standstill times. Above all, biocides can be dispensed with, thus increasing occupational safety and reducing sick leave.

The devices are mobile and can therefore be transported from tooling machine to tooling machine.

The results of the thermal disinfection are convincing – here you will find an evaluation of previous results with more than 100 customers and a technical paper on the subject of thermal disinfection.
